Customer satisfaction remains a MEDS top priority. Over the years MEDS has built a culture of continuous process improvement with a view to attaining customer satisfaction excellence. After solidifying its quality management system (QMS), International Organization for Standardization (ISO) auditors were invited and following a rigorous evaluation process, MEDS achieved the most comprehensive and esteemed ISO 9001:2008 Certification in December 2012. This certification validates MEDS commitment to quality and affirms that we have documented our quality processes while meeting the stringent qualifications for the global ISO 9001:2008 standards.
ISO 9001:2008 Certification confirms that MEDS products and services are safe, reliable and of good quality. It is an important benchmark in MEDS continuing commitment to the highest international quality standards with a view of attaining customer satisfaction excellence. This certificate is recognised worldwide as the quality management standard, focusing on an organisation’s ability to meet customer requirements and improve the quality of products and services it offers.
ISO 9001:2008 Certification provides the mechanism of reviewing goals and performance against goals on a scheduled basis, and for taking action based on the evaluation. Through this certification, MEDS is able to improve and streamline processes, boost effectiveness, and ensure consistent quality delivery of services to customers; it becomes evident to customers that MEDS is serious about delivering good quality products and services.
