Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) in Health Care is a quality management process that encourages all health care team
members to continuously ask the questions, “How are we doing?” and “Can we do it better?” (Edwards, 2008). It optimizes clinical
care by reducing variability and reducing costs, to meet regulatory requirements, and to enhance customer service experience to
achieve efficiency in health care and quality health care outcomes. The training content is based on Kenya Quality Model for Health
(KQMH) facilities used as a basis for NHIF accreditation. Join MEDS in the 3 days of training in building effective skills for
instituting quality management processes in healthcare institutions’
